You complete a health intake, meet with a provider virtually, and receive any prescribed medications delivered directly to your door.

Yes. All healthcare providers on the Meddy platform are independently licensed physicians, nurse practitioners, or other qualified clinicians. They are fully credentialed and solely responsible for all clinical decisions. Meddy does not employ them directly or direct their medical judgment.

Meddy programs are currently offered on a self-pay basis. Our pricing is transparent and all-inclusive — no hidden fees or unexpected bills. We can provide documentation for potential HSA/FSA reimbursement where applicable.

GLP-1 receptor agonists are a class of medications originally developed for type 2 diabetes that have shown significant efficacy for weight loss. They work by mimicking a natural hormone that regulates appetite and blood sugar. GLP-1 medications must be prescribed by a licensed provider following a clinical evaluation.

Depending on your provider's assessment and your clinical needs, you may receive a compounded version of a GLP-1 medication from one of our licensed pharmacy partners. Compounded medications are produced in FDA-regulated facilities but are not FDA-approved. Your provider will explain the specifics of your prescription during your consultation.

Most Meddy program participants on GLP-1 medications report 1–2 lbs of weight loss per week beginning after the first few weeks, when combined with a reduced-calorie diet and regular activity. Results vary based on individual health factors, adherence, and dosing protocol. Outcomes are not guaranteed.

After your provider issues a prescription, it is sent to our partner pharmacy for fulfillment. Medications are typically delivered within 2–5 business days via expedited shipping. All packaging is discreet with no medical labeling visible on the outside.

Meddy partners with several licensed U.S. pharmacies, including RedRock Home Pharmacy, HealthWarehouse, Precision Medicine, and Triad Rx. Your provider and our pharmacy network will determine the most appropriate fulfillment option for your prescription.
