A licensed physician reviews your profile and meets with you through a secure video or asynchronous telehealth visit. They'll evaluate your eligibility, answer your questions, and develop a personalized care plan based on your unique health needs.
If your provider determines that medication is appropriate, your prescription is sent to one of our licensed pharmacy partners and shipped directly to your home in discreet packaging within 2–5 business days.
Your care doesn't stop at delivery. Our care coaching team — including certified medical assistants and registered dietitians — is available 24/7 to support you. Regular provider check-ins ensure your plan evolves with your progress.
