Your Responsibilities as a Meddy Patient
- Provide complete and accurate health information
- Follow the agreed-upon treatment plan and notify your provider of any concerns
- Treat all Meddy staff and affiliated providers with respect
- Notify us promptly of any billing or insurance concerns
- Accept responsibility for refusing recommended treatment
