Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancellation

You may cancel your Meddy subscription or program enrollment at any time by contacting our support team at hello@getmeddy.com or calling (800) 555-1234. Cancellations must be submitted before your next billing cycle to avoid charges for the following period.

Refund Eligibility

Meddy's refund policy varies by program type:

  • Consultations: Fees for completed provider consultations are non-refundable once the visit has taken place.
  • Subscription Programs: If you are unsatisfied within the first 30 days of your initial program enrollment, contact us for a full review. Eligibility for a refund is assessed on a case-by-case basis based on program participation and clinical circumstances.
  • Medications & Pharmacy Orders: Once a prescription has been dispensed and shipped by our pharmacy partner, it cannot be returned or refunded due to health and safety regulations.
  • Meal Programs: Meal orders cancelled before the preparation cutoff (typically 72 hours prior to shipment) may be eligible for a full credit. No refunds after the cutoff.
  • Supplements: Unopened supplements returned within 30 days of delivery are eligible for a full refund less shipping costs.

Weight Loss Guarantee

Meddy offers a program satisfaction guarantee for qualifying GLP-1 weight loss program members. To be eligible, you must have completed the full program duration, attended all scheduled provider check-ins, and followed the prescribed treatment plan. Contact our care team to learn more about guarantee eligibility criteria.

How to Request a Refund

Contact us at hello@getmeddy.com with your order number and reason for the request. Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.

Chargebacks

We encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in suspension of your account and forfeiture of any pending orders or program benefits.
