Meddy is designed for non-emergency healthcare needs. If you believe you are experiencing a medical emergency, please call 911 or your local emergency services immediately.
This User Agreement (together with Meddy's Privacy Policy) governs your use of all websites linking to this Agreement and the services, features, content, and applications offered by Meddy (collectively, the "Services"). The terms "we," "us," "our," and "Meddy" refer to Meddy, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company. "You" and "your" refer to the person accessing or using the Services.
IMPORTANT: This agreement contains a mandatory arbitration provision and class action waiver. By accepting these terms, you agree to resolve disputes through arbitration rather than jury trial or class action.
These Terms of Use describe your rights and responsibilities when using the Meddy platform ("Platform"). By accessing or using the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use the Platform.
Even if you arrived at the Platform through a third-party website, these Terms govern your relationship with Meddy. Your use of the Platform constitutes your electronic consent to transact business with Meddy and engage with affiliated healthcare professionals.
We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time in our sole discretion. Changes take effect when posted. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. Check these Terms periodically to stay informed of updates.
The Meddy Platform is designed to facilitate the following services:
The Platform collects your health information — including medical history, current medications, biometric data, and personal identifiers — to enable affiliated providers to assess your eligibility for treatment. All medical providers delivering services through Meddy are independent licensed professionals employed or contracted by affiliated professional entities, not by Meddy directly.
Meddy is not a healthcare provider and is not licensed to practice medicine. Meddy does not direct, control, or interfere with the independent professional judgment of any clinician.
To use the Services you must:
Meeting these requirements does not guarantee access to all Services. Meddy and affiliated provider networks reserve the right to modify eligibility criteria without prior notice.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to update it as needed. Meddy reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we believe have been compromised.
All medical decisions — including whether to prescribe medication or recommend testing — are made exclusively by independent, licensed healthcare providers in their sole professional judgment. Meddy has no role in these clinical decisions.
Compounded medications that may be prescribed through our platform are produced in FDA-regulated facilities but are not FDA-approved products. They have not been independently evaluated by the FDA for safety, efficacy, or quality. The use of compounded medications involves risks that should be discussed with your licensed provider.
Results reported on this website reflect self-reported patient experiences. Individual outcomes will vary based on adherence, health status, and clinical recommendations.
Meddy does not operate as a pharmacy and does not control pharmacy services. By using the Platform, you acknowledge that you may enter into a separate relationship with one or more of Meddy's licensed pharmacy partners. Partner pharmacies currently include:
All fees are disclosed prior to purchase. By submitting payment, you authorize Meddy to charge your designated payment method. Subscription programs will renew automatically unless cancelled in accordance with our Refund & Cancellation Policy. All prices are in USD.
Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy and, where applicable, our Notice of Privacy Practices. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your information as described in those documents.
All content on the Meddy Platform — including text, graphics, logos, and software — is owned by or licensed to Meddy and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.
You agree not to use the Platform to:
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Meddy and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including lost profits, data loss, or health outcomes — arising from your use of the Platform or Services. Meddy's total aggregate liability shall not exceed the greater of $100 or the total amount you paid in the three months preceding the claim.
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be resolved exclusively through binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. You waive any right to bring claims as a class action, class arbitration, or representative proceeding. This provision does not apply to claims that qualify for small claims court.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any arbitration shall take place in Wilmington, Delaware, unless otherwise agreed.
